

Construction continues to progress strongly across Stages 1 & 2 at McMahon’s Place, with major civil works milestones achieved throughout January and into February.
Earthworks are now 100% complete, and sewer reticulation has also reached 100%, marking a significant step forward for the project. Stormwater drainage is 99% complete, water reticulation is tracking at 95%, and wetland pond excavation has progressed to 80%, with shaping and drainage nearing completion.
Preparation is now underway for the commencement of intersection works, including the removal of the existing culvert as part of the initial construction phase.
Overall, Stages 1 & 2 are now 50% complete, with services (drainage, sewer and water) collectively at 98%.
Road subgrade preparation and stabilisation is scheduled to commence in mid-February, followed by continued road, kerb and electrical works in the coming weeks.
