Earthworks

100% Complete

Heavy machinery is brought on-site to remove the existing topsoil and sculpt the terrain, ensuring the levels required for road and lot construction are achieved. This process typically involves cutting and filling various areas within the stage to satisfy the specified design levels.

Drainage, Sewer & Water Reticulation

99% Complete

Trenches are dug to install underground utilities—typically sewer, drainage, water then gas. Because sewer and drainage systems depend on gravity, they sit deepest in the ground and are therefore laid first.

Road Base, Kerbs, Electrical & Fibre

98% Complete

Additional underground services—such as electrical cables and fibre-optic lines—are put in place. Roadworks then proceed in phases: the subgrade is excavated and prepared, conduits for crossings are laid, and finally the kerbs are constructed.

Footpaths, Road Pavement & Asphalting

80% Complete

Road construction advances layer by layer until the final asphalt surfacing is in place. At this phase, the development begins to resemble your future community, with driveways, footpaths and nature strips all established.

Completions & Inspections

10% Complete

Each stage undergoes rigorous inspection and audit by the relevant authorities to confirm the new infrastructure adheres to approved plans and standards. These reviews can be detailed and time intensive. Once every authority has granted its approval, the council issues a Statement of Compliance (SoC).

Titles Issued

0% Complete

Lodgement packages are prepared and finalised, and the Titles Office issues individual titles for each lot. Your solicitor or finance broker is then notified to arrange settlement. Once settlement is complete, your land is ready for you to begin constructing your new home!
