McMahon’s Place has reached an exciting milestone as civil construction officially begins with a sod turning ceremony.
The event brought together key community leaders and project partners, including Campaspe Shire Mayor Daniel Mackrell, Member for Murray Plains Peter Walsh, the McMahon family, builder representatives, and our dedicated project team. Their presence highlighted the importance of this development for Echuca and the region.
Together, we broke ground on a project that will deliver more than 1,000 new homes and create a vibrant new neighbourhood for local families, key workers, and future residents. McMahon’s Place will not only expand Echuca’s housing opportunities but also help shape a connected community for generations to come.
