We’re thrilled to announce a major milestone for McMahon’s Place in Echuca – local contractor Northern Constructions Group (NCG) has officially been appointed to lead civil construction across the first two stages of the estate.

This exciting partnership reinforces our commitment to supporting local industry and delivering a community that’s truly built by locals, for locals.

Civil construction will kick off in the coming weeks, paving the way for critical infrastructure including roads, drainage, and services. With this key milestone locked in, we’re now on track to deliver titles for the first two stages in late Q2 2026 – a significant step forward for future residents and investors alike.

This partnership underscores our dedication to supporting local businesses while ensuring that McMahon’s Place is built to the highest standards. With over 35 years of experience, Northern Constructions Group has delivered a range of major projects across Victoria and southern NSW, including:

  • Parkview Estate (Stages 1–10) – Echuca, VIC – $12.8M, Duration: 5 years

  • Moama Landfill Cell 5 – Moama, NSW – $2M, Completed March 2024
